Templated Reports allow users to quickly generate pre-configured reports based on commonly used data sets. These reports help streamline performance tracking, campaign analysis, and revenue monitoring without needing to configure filters each time.
1. Accessing Templated Reports
To access Templated Reports:
- Navigate to the Reports tab in the top menu.
- Select Templated Reports from the dropdown.
- Choose from the available pre-built report templates.
- Apply date range and filters as needed.
- Click Run Report to generate the report.
2. Available Filters & Customization
Each templated report comes with pre-set parameters, but users can apply additional filters for deeper analysis.
Filter Options
- Date Range – Choose a predefined period (e.g., Last 7 Days, Yesterday) or set a custom range.
- Advertiser – Filter data based on specific advertisers.
- Campaign – Narrow the report to a specific campaign.
- Ad Type – View data based on display, video, or other ad types.
- Source & Domain – Analyze performance by traffic source or publisher domains.
- Channel & App Name – Track performance for specific distribution channels or apps.
- Ad Server & Bundle ID – Identify performance per ad server or app bundle.
Metric Filtering
- Click “+” under Metric Filter to refine results.
- Example filters:
- Show only impressions ≥ 50,000.
- Filter by total revenue ≥ $1,000.
3. Key Metrics in Templated Reports
Each report includes essential performance and financial metrics, such as:
- Supply & Demand Data – Breakdown of supply-side and demand-side ad requests.
- Impressions – Number of times an ad was displayed.
- Total Revenue (USD) – Earnings from ad impressions.
- Profit (USD) – Net revenue after costs.
- CPM (Cost Per Thousand Impressions) – Cost per 1,000 ad views.
- Fill Rate (%) – Percentage of ad requests filled with an ad.
4. Report Features
- One-Click Report Generation – No need to configure custom settings every time.
- Sorting & Pagination – Organize data and adjust rows per page (10, 25, 50, 100).
