Overview
The Reports dashboard provides performance data for the last seven days by default. You can customize reports by adjusting filters, selecting different metrics, and creating custom views.
1. Default Report
- The Default report shows key performance metrics like Ad Requests, Impressions, Revenue, and Fill Rate.
- While the Default report cannot be deleted, you can edit it during a session (changes will reset upon logout).
- Reports are displayed in tables and can be filtered using Slices (e.g., by source, advertiser, region).
Customizing the Default Report
- Select report: Choose specific data slices to filter your report.
- Date Range: Use a predefined date range or set a custom range.
- Timezone: Defaults to your account setting but can be changed.
- RTB Traffic: Choose between Only RTB, Exclude RTB, or No Preference (N/A).
- Metric Filter: Click “+” to add metric conditions (e.g., show only when Impressions ≥ 10).
2. Custom Views
The Wizard tool helps you customize reports by selecting the metrics you need. For a full Glossary of the metrics click here
How to Add Metrics
- Available metrics are listed on the left.
- Click “+” next to a category to add all its metrics, or expand the category and add individual metrics.
- Selected metrics appear on the right.
- Remove a metric by clicking the “x” next to it.
- Use the Clear all button to remove all selected metrics.
Creating & Updating Views
- Click Create New View to save your metric selection for future use.
- Click Update View to modify and save an existing view.
- Saved views appear in the Templates dropdown above the report table.
3. Comparing Data
The Compare tool helps analyze changes in performance over time.
How to Use Compare
- Set a Start Date and End Date for comparison.
- Select the metrics to compare.
- Click Submit to generate a table with % change values.
- Green indicates positive change.
- Red indicates negative change.
This feature helps track performance trends across any time period (e.g., Week-over-Week, Month-over-Month).
4. Additional Report Settings
- Supply Type: Filter data based on traffic type (Basic or Traffic Router).
