Introduction
The Advertisers tab is the first window displayed upon logging into the DSP. This section allows users to manage advertisers, view campaign and budget details, and track advertiser spending.
Navigating the Advertisers Tab
The interface is structured into three main sections:
- Lookup and Filters
- Advertisers List and Data Table
- Actions and Export Options
1. Lookup and Filters
At the top of the page, users can search and filter advertisers to refine results.
- Lookup: A search box allows users to type and filter advertisers by name or ID.

Status: Users can filter advertisers based on:
- All (default view)
- Inactive (advertisers without active campaigns)
- Active (advertisers with active campaigns)

Archive Status:
- Non-Archived (default) – Displays active advertisers.
- Archived – Displays advertisers that have been archived.
2. Advertisers List and Data Table
Below the filter options, the advertisers are displayed in a structured table. Each row represents an individual advertiser with the following details:
Column | Description |

Advertiser | Unique advertiser ID and name. Clicking the + icon expands details. |
Associated Campaigns | Total number of campaigns linked to the advertiser. |
Active Campaigns | Number of currently active campaigns under the advertiser. |
Active Line Items (LIs) | Number of active line items associated with the advertiser’s campaigns. |
Spend Yesterday | Total spend by the advertiser for the previous day. |
Spend Today | Total spend by the advertiser for the current day. |
Total Balance | Advertiser’s total available balance. |
Remaining Balance | Advertiser’s remaining balance after current spend. |
Actions | Quick-access buttons for managing advertisers (edit, reporting, refill balance, and archive options). |
Expanding Advertiser Details – Campaign Level
Clicking the + icon next to an advertiser expands the campaign-level details, displaying all campaigns under that advertiser.
The campaign table includes the following fields:

Start Date | Campaign's start date. |
End Date | Campaign's scheduled end date. |
Lifetime Impressions | Total impressions delivered over the campaign’s lifetime. |
Impressions Today | Number of impressions served today. |
Impressions Yesterday | Number of impressions served yesterday. |
Lifetime Clicks | Total clicks over the campaign’s lifetime. |
Clicks Today | Clicks recorded today. |
Clicks Yesterday | Clicks recorded yesterday. |
Lifetime CTR | Overall Click-Through Rate (CTR) for the campaign. |
CTR Today | CTR for the current day. |
CTR Yesterday | CTR for the previous day. |
Actions | Campaign management options. |
3. Campaign Actions
From the expanded campaign view, users can take the following actions using the corresponding icons:
- Pause Campaign – Temporarily stop campaign delivery.
- Edit Campaign – Opens the Campaign Settings window for modifying campaign parameters.
- Clone Campaign – Duplicates the existing campaign setup.
- View Reports – Redirects to the Reports tab with the campaign automatically filtered.
- Archive Campaign – Moves the campaign to the archive.
4. Actions and Export Options
Advertiser-Level Actions
On the right side of each advertiser row, icons provide quick access to:
- Edit Advertiser Details (pencil icon)
- View Advertiser Report (bar chart icon)
- Refill Balance (money icon) – Redirects to the Add Funds page under the Payment section.
- Archive Advertiser (trash icon)
Refilling Advertiser Balance
Clicking the Refill Balance (money icon) takes users to the Add Funds page in the Payment section, where they can:
- Select the Advertiser (auto-filled).
- Choose a Payment Gateway from the available options.
- Enter the Amount to add.
- Confirm and process the payment.
Creating a New Advertiser
To add a new advertiser:
- Click the green Create button at the top right.
- Fill in the required fields (Advertiser Name, Budget, etc.).
- Click Save to create the advertiser.
Exporting Advertiser Data
Users can export the advertiser list by clicking the Export to CSV button. This generates a downloadable file for external reporting.
