The Global Lists section under the "Tools" tab enables advertisers and operators to manage reusable sets of targeting or exclusion criteria. These lists can then be applied across campaigns and line items for consistency and ease of use.
Types of Lists
The interface includes several tabs for different types of lists:
-
Domain Lists
-
App Lists
-
Bundle Lists
-
Language Lists
-
Placement Lists
-
Site ID Lists
-
IP Lists
-
Device Lists
-
SubID Lists
-
Coordinate Lists
Each list can be used to either target or block specific values.
Example: Domain Lists
The Domain Lists section lets you define groups of domains. These can be used for allowlists or blocklists depending on the campaign setup.
Each list shows:
-
ID and Name
-
Creation Date
-
Whether the list is Recursive (i.e., includes child domains)
-
Total domain count
-
Owner (account-level visibility)
Example: Bundle Lists
Bundle Lists focus on mobile app bundle IDs, allowing the advertiser to target or exclude specific apps from campaigns.
Clicking into a list provides bundle details:
You can:
-
Download a CSV template
-
Upload bundles in bulk
-
Add new bundles manually
-
Export the full list
Creating a New List
To create a new list, click the green "Create" button. You will be prompted to name the list, then add entries either manually or via CSV.
This flow is consistent across all list types. Once created, lists become available in the targeting selectors across the platform.
